Bodies by Design was created to be a one on one personal training company in 2003, to help people with weight loss. Over the past 13 years, our Bodies By Design trainer has such a love for people and fitness that the company wanted to reach out to more people that need help. Bodies By Design group training boot camp was created. Bodies by design boot camp is a hard core kick ass work out with a self defense twist, but only for people who is willing to push there body to limited , that need help with weight loss, muscle gain or just looking for a kick ass awesome work out.

Bodies by Design’s owner has been a personal trainer for over 13 years. We strive to take clients to new fitness levels and offer group classes in the art of self defense with a boot camp approach to raise cardiovascular level, create long lean muscle, and promote weight loss.

Our one on one personal training specializes in pre/post natal weight loss, muscle conditioning, and also senior fitness. Training sessions are 30 to 60 minutes; the client creates the package. (4 session minimum.)
